The figure is a WOMAN (30s, dirty face, intense eyes, wearing a tattered wedding dress and combat boots). She stops directly in front of Phil’s mansion.

The woman dismounts the unicycle. She pulls out a worn library book: "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu.
