Remove old drivers. Open Device Manager → View → Show hidden devices. Uninstall any instance of "Samsung Android ADB Interface" or "MTP USB Device" under Portable Devices.

Enable USB Debugging. Settings → Developer Options → USB Debugging → ON. Remove old drivers
