Advanced Startup → Troubleshoot → Startup Settings → Disable driver signature enforcement Then install unsigned Pinnacle XP/Vista 32-bit driver manually – but this is unstable on 64-bit. Once driver is loaded, the device acts as a standard WDM capture source. Compatible software includes: em28xx_x64_1
