If you work with Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Bentley, or Lamborghini, you already know that ODIS (Offboard Diagnostic Information System) is the backbone of modern dealer-level diagnostics. With the gradual phase-out of the legacy ODIS Service (the old "yellow" interface) in favor of ODIS Engineering (the "blue" interface) for development-level work, the release of ODIS 9.1.0 has sparked significant conversation in the diagnostic community.

As always, be mindful of where you source your ODIS installer and licenses. Unauthorized versions often include modified DLLs that can brick control units or log your VIN.
