When the phone vibrates, release the Power button but continue holding the Volume Up and Volume Down keys.

Tap Security Wipe .

Release the volume keys. The device will enter Factory OS Recovery Mode and automatically reinstall the factory OS.

The device will reboot and begin the wipe process. This may take 10–20 minutes. Do not interrupt the process.

Ensure the device is powered off completely.

On the device, go to Settings → Security and Privacy → Security Wipe .

Once completed, the phone will restart and show the initial setup screen, just like when it was new. Use this if the phone is stuck on the logo, won’t start, or you forgot the password.

Enter your device password if prompted.
