Your phone will restart and begin the reset process. This may take 2–5 minutes. Use this method if you cannot access Settings or the phone is stuck in a boot loop.

Highlight Factory data reset (or Confirm ) and press Power . Your phone will restart and begin the reset process

Tap Reset Phone or Reset .

Open the Settings app.

Wait for the process to complete. A message will appear: “Data wipe complete.”
