Boot into Safe Mode with Networking and run the installer there.
Temporarily uninstall other disk tools (EaseUS, Recuva, MiniTool, etc.) and retry.
Run services.msc , ensure Windows Installer is running and set to Manual.

I’ve been trying to install Disk Drill on my Windows 10 PC, but the setup keeps failing. The installer runs, gets to a certain point (sometimes right at the beginning, sometimes halfway), and then shows an error like “Setup failed” or just rolls back without completing.
