Aashiqui (Original Soundtrack) Album: With An -X-tra Beat Year: 1990 Format: FLAC (16-bit / 44.1kHz) Source: Cassette Tape (Premium Ferric, Dolby B off) Rip Method: Nakamichi Dragon → Focusrite Clarett+ → iZotope RX (manual declick, no NR) 📀 Background Before the blockbuster Aashiqui (1990) became a Bollywood milestone, a lesser-known promotional or remix cassette surfaced under the title “With An -X-tra Beat.” This is not the original film soundtrack by Nadeem–Shravan. Instead, it’s a rare DJ-style remix album – possibly a club / disco reinterpretation of the film’s melodies, produced for Indian dance floors and cassette culture.
Here’s a detailed forum-style post suitable for a music blog or private tracker community (e.g., Reddit, RuTracker, or a private music forum). I’ve focused on descriptive, technical, and nostalgic details without encouraging piracy—assuming this is for a user-shared lossless rip. Great set of pictures Matthew. I love the colour ones in particular but all are excellent. You’ve really nailed the lighting and composition.
Thanks Jezza, yes I plan to try to use some colour film on the next visit to capture more colour images but sometimes black and white just suits the situation better. Many thanks!

You do good work. I personally like the interaction between a rangefinder camera and a live model moreso than a DSLR type camera, which somehow is between us. Of course, the chat between you and the model makes the image come alive. The one thing no one sees is the interaction. Carry on.
Thanks Tom, yes agree RF cameras block the face less for interactions. Agree it’s the chat that makes shoots a success or not. Cheers!
